It is our pleasure to recommend Welcome Home Maintenance
In October and November of 2006, we contracted Welcome Home Maintenance to completely refurbish our old 1970s bathroom and separate toilet.
A wall was removed, rotted flooring and wall studs replaced, a new window put in, and a spa, wall-less shower recess, low-water use toilet and a timber vanity was fitted. The new bathroom was re-floored to match the level in the hall and the walls were tiled from floor to ceiling..
The main good things about our experience with Welcome Home Maintenance are:
* The finished result looks fantastic!
o It is rare for others to see it for the first time and not comment on how great it looks.
* All people working on the bathroom were easy to get along with and a pleasure to have in the house – very important for a 5 week project!
* We were an integral part of each process and decision. We were never left to feel on the outer. All our wishes were implemented.
